Dog of the Week

Introducing "Oliver"....Our Dog of the Week!

URGENT!  HOME NEEDED SOON!!!

Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Oliver, and I am a young, happy boy with lots to offer a family looking to adopt. Although I was found as a stray, it's estimated that I'm about 1 year old and I weigh 50 pounds. I am a very good leash walker, although sometimes I start out pulling a little because I'm so happy to be going outside for a walk! I smile a lot when people show me attention (one of my pictures shows my big smile). I met some dogs the other day and I was very interested in playing with them. Because I have a good bit of energy and can jump, I would probably be best suited for a home without small children. Sorry, little ones! I went to an adoption event the other day and it was at the neatest place I've ever seen...I think I heard some people call it "PETCO". I was just mesmerized when we walked through the door, and I happily greeted everyone who wanted to show me some attention. I'm neutered, microchipped and updated on my vaccinations. I'm looking forward to lots of adoption applications coming my way, and there's no better time than the present for that to start! I've checked by daily planner and really, there's not much going on by the looks of things, so I can "pencil you in" for a visit whenever....I'm flexible!

We have many other loving dogs available for adoption.  Please click on available pets to view them all!  Give them a second chance at life!
